Legal Director Cindy Cohn discusses the effects of the proposed and some of the already implemented aspects of "Patriot Act II", the successor to Patriot Act I, on the fifth amendment and other civil liberties. She also mentions some of the ways that the EFF is protecting civil liberties against these attacks and what we as individuals or organizations can do.
