On Friday afternoon, October 19, Mountain View Voices for Peace will join peace and faith groups up and down the Peninsula in observing the Iraq Moratorium by participating in the Peace Procession along El Camino Real.
Some of us will start at the San Jose starting point at 3 pm. Others will join as the procession crosses Sylvan Ave., near the Mountain View-Sunnyvale border, at about 3:40 pm.
There will be a rally at the terminus in Palo Alto.
The coalition of the peaceful will provide black ribbons and "Out Now" signs for decorating vehicles, but please feel free to display your own messages and symbols.
